About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide operational support for the Axiom budgeting, forecasting, and planning system
- Assist with system maintenance, configuration activities, and routine administration
- Review and triage user requests and reported system issues
- Resolve routine inquiries and escalate complex issues to appropriate support resources
- Support report generation and validation by reviewing data accuracy and assisting with user reporting requests
- Perform routine testing of reports, system updates, and process changes
- Maintain user access and role assignments through security administration
- Create and maintain system documentation, process definitions, and operational procedures
- Monitor scheduled imports and exports and escalate processing issues
- Provide end-user assistance and participate in training activities
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and one year of related systems, financial systems, business analysis, budgeting, planning, reporting, or information technology experience, OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Residency in the state of GA
- Ability to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based on business needs
