About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leads the strategic development, execution, and continuous improvement of SECURE Center initiatives
  • Contributes to departmental and enterprise-level goal alignment
  • Designs, evaluates, and implements scalable program frameworks, workflows, systems, and SOPs
  • Analyzes program and project resource requirements, operational constraints, and capacity needs
  • Oversees program planning and execution, including preparation and dissemination of project status updates
  • Identifies opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and financial or compliance controls

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, computer science, accounting, or a related field
  • Five years of progressive experience in program or project management
  • Experience in complex, cross-functional, or regulated environments
  • PMP or equivalent project/program management certification is preferred
  • Must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs
  • Residency in the state of GA is required.
