About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leads the strategic development, execution, and continuous improvement of SECURE Center initiatives
Contributes to departmental and enterprise-level goal alignment
Designs, evaluates, and implements scalable program frameworks, workflows, systems, and SOPs
Analyzes program and project resource requirements, operational constraints, and capacity needs
Oversees program planning and execution, including preparation and dissemination of project status updates
Identifies opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and financial or compliance controls

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, computer science, accounting, or a related field
Five years of progressive experience in program or project management
Experience in complex, cross-functional, or regulated environments
PMP or equivalent project/program management certification is preferred
Must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs
Residency in the state of GA is required.
