About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leads the strategic development, execution, and continuous improvement of SECURE Center initiatives
- Contributes to departmental and enterprise-level goal alignment
- Designs, evaluates, and implements scalable program frameworks, workflows, systems, and SOPs
- Analyzes program and project resource requirements, operational constraints, and capacity needs
- Oversees program planning and execution, including preparation and dissemination of project status updates
- Identifies opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and financial or compliance controls
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, computer science, accounting, or a related field
- Five years of progressive experience in program or project management
- Experience in complex, cross-functional, or regulated environments
- PMP or equivalent project/program management certification is preferred
- Must be able to commute to Emory University on a flexible weekly schedule based upon business needs
- Residency in the state of GA is required.
