About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assists faculty and staff in preparing and routing proposals for contractual awards
  • Reviews and processes requests for extensions of contractual awards
  • Assists Senior Analysts in reviewing and processing standard contract award amendments
  • Interacts with sponsors, faculty and staff to resolve general matters regarding contractual awards
  • Reviews basic contract terms/conditions and seeks guidance from supervisors as needed
  • Coordinates obtaining required approvals or certifications from appropriate organizational committees
  • Maintains required records
  • Assists with updating data in the contracts database for accurate reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, applied science or a related field
  • Two years of related experience
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
