About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assists faculty and staff in preparing and routing proposals for contractual awards
- Reviews and processes requests for extensions of contractual awards
- Assists Senior Analysts in reviewing and processing standard contract award amendments
- Interacts with sponsors, faculty and staff to resolve general matters regarding contractual awards
- Reviews basic contract terms/conditions and seeks guidance from supervisors as needed
- Coordinates obtaining required approvals or certifications from appropriate organizational committees
- Maintains required records
- Assists with updating data in the contracts database for accurate reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business management, applied science or a related field
- Two years of related experience
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills
