Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor's degree
- Eight years of experience in advancement, administration, operations, or related field
- Experience with team leadership and staff management
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies and change management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Master’s level degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess professionalism and commitment to confidentiality
