Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must have a J.D., Ph.D., or equivalent degree
  • A distinguished academic record
  • Candidates should have a strong track record and/or show outstanding promise in research in fields related to tax law and policy
  • Must be willing to teach Federal Income Tax and at least one other tax course such as Corporate Tax, Partnership Tax, or International Tax
  • Entry-level candidates and junior lateral candidates with fewer than six years of experience in a tenure track position in a law school are welcome to apply.
