About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Organizing, coordinating, and planning operational facets of a global program

  • Establishing and forecasting budget requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to the program
  • Two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Graduate/professional degree in international studies, political science, law, or related field preferred
  • Experience working on issues related to international relations, democratic development, human rights, law, gender, good governance, or related areas
  • Strong collaborative problem-solving and analytic skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Facility with computers
  • Prior experience living or working internationally is desirable
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a foreign language, professional Spanish is required
