About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide high-quality legal and non-legal research assistance to law library users
  • Provide classroom instruction in a variety of settings
  • Design and teach Advanced Legal Research courses
  • Assist student groups with their library and legal research needs
  • Support Emory Law’s Tenure/Tenure-track faculty by participating in the Library’s Faculty Services Program

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A JD from an ABA-accredited law school (or equivalent) and an MLIS from an ALA-accredited institution or a BA in Law with an MA in LIS from an Accelerated Masters Program (AMP)
  • Minimum of four years library experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
