About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manages the design, implementation, and maintenance of physician compensation programs
  • Responsible for managing high-level project-work and engaging in complex analytics
  • Manages the development and maintenance of databases, dashboards and custom reports/queries
  • Builds relationships with external customers and liaises with HR staff
  • Maintains relationship with EHC compensation
  • Manages the Physician compensation analysts and consultants
  • Manages the bench-marking compensation and participation in surveys
  • Partners with Physician Leadership and Administrators on compensation design
  • Reviews market data reports for fair market-based compensation
  • Monitors all physician compensation programs for compliance
  • Consults with and educates leaders on key regulatory developments
  • Manages development, implementation of new systems and databases
  • Manages HR generalists with the physician onboarding process
  • Monitors physician fringe pool for necessary adjustments
  • Performs related responsibilities as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Health Administration or related field required
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Health Administration or related field preferred
  • CCP, PHR or SPHR preferred
  • Five (5) years of relevant human resources/compensation/finance experience
  • Physician compensation experience preferred
  • Knowledge of prevailing practices and regulatory developments in physician compensation
  • Advanced MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills.
