About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provides strategic leadership for the advancement, growth, and sustainability of the sorority and fraternity community
  • Fosters belonging, strengthens student leadership capacity, and supports holistic student development
  • Supervises graduate and/or professional staff supporting the fraternity and sorority residential experience
  • Leads residential-based initiatives that strengthen community standards, chapter development, and student accountability
  • Participates in the on-call rotation and is responsible for crisis response

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A master's degree in higher education, student affairs, or related field
  • Three years of progressive professional experience in student affairs
  • Direct experience in sorority and fraternity life and/or residence life
  • Demonstrated experience in program development, implementation, and assessment
  • Experience in staff supervision and team leadership
  • Strong cultural competency and ability to engage diverse populations
