About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides strategic leadership for the advancement, growth, and sustainability of the sorority and fraternity community
- Fosters belonging, strengthens student leadership capacity, and supports holistic student development
- Supervises graduate and/or professional staff supporting the fraternity and sorority residential experience
- Leads residential-based initiatives that strengthen community standards, chapter development, and student accountability
- Participates in the on-call rotation and is responsible for crisis response
Requirements
What you’ll need- A master's degree in higher education, student affairs, or related field
- Three years of progressive professional experience in student affairs
- Direct experience in sorority and fraternity life and/or residence life
- Demonstrated experience in program development, implementation, and assessment
- Experience in staff supervision and team leadership
- Strong cultural competency and ability to engage diverse populations
