Key responsibilities & impact

Oversees procurement and contract management activities for Atlanta and overseas offices
Ensures compliance with procurement standards and internal policies
Manages procurement and inventory systems
Leads initiatives to make procurement and supply chain operations more sustainable
Develops and executes the annual procurement plan for health and peace programs
Reviews procurement/contracts, shipping, and customs related documents
Develops, implements, and facilitates learning focused on policies and procedures
Serves as project lead for the implementation of the Center-wide Unit 4 Procurement module
Prepares regular and ad-hoc procurement related reports

What you’ll need

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Four years of advanced knowledge and experience in procurement/contract
Experience with import/export regulations, sourcing, contract negotiation and project management
Professional certifications are preferred
International NGO experience and working knowledge of French preferred
Demonstrated experience in eProcurement, Contract and Inventory Management systems is a plus.
