- Provides direct supervision of Clinical Research staff

- Responsible for oversight of clinical research nurses and coordinators
- Develops SOPs for reporting adverse events
- Monitors queries and timely completion of CRFs
Requirements
- Master's degree in a health related discipline or Business Administration
- 5 years of progressively responsible research, nursing, clinical trials or related experience including supervisory responsibilities
- SOCRA/ACRP or related research certification preferred
