About the role
- Provides strategic leadership in the planning, development, and execution of program initiatives.
- Serves as a liaison and spokesperson, engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supports policy development, drives strategic priorities, and oversees day-to-day program operations.
- Collaborates with private, government, and international partners.
- Leads research efforts, develops new initiatives, and contributes to publishable materials.
- Coordinates site management activities, supports monitoring and strengthening of site performance, facilitates internal communication, and manages planning and coordination for key meetings and working groups.
- Oversees monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks for site-level programmatic activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to the program
- Seven years of professional experience related to the program
- Previous supervisory and program/project management experience
- Equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
