About the role

  • Provides strategic leadership in the planning, development, and execution of program initiatives.
  • Serves as a liaison and spokesperson, engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supports policy development, drives strategic priorities, and oversees day-to-day program operations.
  • Collaborates with private, government, and international partners.
  • Leads research efforts, develops new initiatives, and contributes to publishable materials.
  • Coordinates site management activities, supports monitoring and strengthening of site performance, facilitates internal communication, and manages planning and coordination for key meetings and working groups.
  • Oversees monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks for site-level programmatic activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to the program
  • Seven years of professional experience related to the program
  • Previous supervisory and program/project management experience
  • Equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
