- Supports student leadership development through engagement-based experiences
- Advises College Council and collaborates on leadership education initiatives
- Develops and advances student involvement engagement pathways
- Serves as the primary advisor to College Council
- Provides leadership for the development and delivery of leadership, organizational development, and student involvement initiatives
- Collaborates with the Assistant Director of Leadership Education & Development to co-design and deliver leadership workshops
- Advises and supports student leaders and executive boards on leadership practices
- Identifies opportunities for data collection and assessment related to student involvement
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and two years of experience working in student affairs, leadership development, or related areas within higher education or related field.
