About the role

  • Work on "Women's Health and Intersectionality Using Data Science and Health Information Technology".
  • Full-time postdoctoral traineeship on an NIH funded T32 training grant.
  • Prepare nurse scientists who employ data science (DS) and/or health information technologies (HIT) to advance health research with innovative methodological approaches.
  • Develop knowledge and skills in interdisciplinary research methods, DS and/or HIT methodologies, and test interventions.
  • Engage in research activities, training seminars, interdisciplinary research, preparation of grants, scientific manuscripts, and reports. Collaborate closely with a mentor.

Requirements

  • Must be a citizen or non-citizen national of the United States
  • Submit official transcripts from previous and/or current institutions
  • 3 reference letters
  • Enrolled in or graduated from a research-focused doctoral program at the time of application.
  • Submit curriculum vitae and a brief description of research goals including the next logical step in research and training goals for research development aligned with the T32 goals and interest in a faculty mentor
