About the role

  • Provides essential support in managing IT Optimization requests and pre-project planning, cleaning and organizing data, and ensuring business processes are well-documented and prepared for prioritization and decision-making.
  • Combines traditional business analysis responsibilities with hands-on coordination and project management activities, supporting multiple teams across systems including Censinet, ServiceNow, Kinetic, and Emory Express.
  • Leads and supports efforts to clean, validate, and standardize data; manage communication with stakeholders to fill gaps in information; and maintain documentation that supports process improvement and prioritization work.
  • Critical to reducing the burden on operational teams, improving data reliability, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, project management, or related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a hybrid role.
  • Experience managing task lists, timelines, or workstreams in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify inconsistencies or missing information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in gathering information from stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
