About the role
- Supports the configuration, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network services and devices
- Monitor critical processes for Emory's enterprise-wide systems and applications
- Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots network services and devices
- Interacts with customers to resolve network issues
- Develops and maintains documentation
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
- three years of related IT experience
- OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
