About the role
- Leads the efforts to ensure systems support and advance the objectives of Winship Cancer Institute
- Manages a team of Business Analysts and other staff
- Serves as a liaison between stakeholders and manages the requirements development process
- Utilizes broad IT knowledge, business knowledge, and strong analytical skills to support business analysis for IT solutions
- Validates that solutions meet business needs and ensures that non-functional requirements meet service level agreements
- Coaches, trains, and assists less experienced analysts
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business management, or related field
- Eight years of experience in business analysis
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
