About the role
- Drive operational excellence and program innovation within the recruitment functions
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals focused on efficiency, compliance and quality hiring
- Key responsibilities include data analytics and reporting, enhancing or implementing new initiatives
- Oversee pre-employment and employee screening services to support a safe campus
- Act as project manager for process improvement efforts and system enhancements
- Manage a team of coordinators that ensure pre-employment requirements such as background checks, drug screens, health assessments
- Create and update job aids and resources documents
- Monitor department equipment ordering and inventory
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Five years of related experience in Human Resources or recruiting operations
- Advanced degree and applicable certifications a plus
- Previous direct supervisory or management experience
- Knowledge of pre-employment and background screening processes including FCRA compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in MSOffice, including Excel
- Proven experience as a system super-user or administrator (ATS/ERP implementation experience preferred)
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft, iCIMS, Qualtrics, and Kronos and/or other appropriate HRIS systems
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
