About the role
- Collaborates with staff and clients to support the establishment of event goals and objectives
- Develops and recommends event operating procedures
- Manages event planning timelines and provides weekly report on status of assigned items
- Identifies non-financial resources needed to execute event
- Determines fiscal requirements for events, prepares budgetary recommendations, and negotiates terms with vendors
- Manages enrollment registrations for individuals and institutional clients
- Oversees event briefing and coordination of speakers/presenters
- Serves as the primary participant contact for assigned programs
- Participates in client communication for assigned programs as needed
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a field related to specified program areas
- Five years related program management experience, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
