About the role

  • Account reconciliations and support for monthly accounting and tax closings;
  • Review of fiscal and accounting documents (NF-e, NFS-e, CT-e, contracts, receipts);
  • Tax assessment and support in tax calculations;
  • Submission and support in preparing ancillary tax obligations (statutory filings);
  • Assistance with audits;
  • Organization, control and filing of documents and reports;

Requirements

  • Experience and knowledge of general accounting and accounting principles;
  • Basic understanding of tax legislation (federal, state, and municipal), accounting and tax bookkeeping, and basic account reconciliations;
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
  • Availability to work hybrid (3x2) in Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro.
