About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operate cranes safely and efficiently for various construction activities
  • Perform pile driving, tandem lifts, and critical lifts according to project specifications
  • Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures at all times
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and rigging teams to execute lifts accurately
  • Identify and resolve issues arising during construction projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Travel out of state for 12+ months

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of crane operating experience in heavy construction
  • Proven experience with pile driving, tandem lifts, and critical lifts
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed
  • NCCCO Certifications required, including LBC, TLL, TSS
  • Strong understanding of load charts, rigging, and lift planning
  • Strong communication skills with a variety of audiences
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze project data and identify trends and improvement opportunities
