Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate assigned projects from initiation through completion, delivering both on-time and within budget
Be the point of contact and coordinate all departments necessary for the projects
Manage resources with peers and functional managers
Identify and manage project risks and issues
Report on project budgets
Provide frequent project status to management and project teams
Create long- and short-term plans, setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Develop and manage Activation and Operations Readiness plans for new hospital openings

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years required, 6+ years preferred experience as a project manager in healthcare
Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
PMP required
Clinical licensure or relevant clinical credential required (e.g. RN, LVN, ARRT, RRT/CRT, CPhT, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to successfully lead teams on complex project completion
Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities
Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
Self driven, capable of making informed decisions with minimal guidance
Communicates well both verbally and in written form
Proficient in MS Office, including MS Project
Working knowledge of Smartsheet a plus
