About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the daily interface between Tech, Product, and Support — streamline, unblock, align
- Facilitate inter-team rituals in a LeSS context with 90+ developers
- Identify organizational friction points and resolve them concretely
- Provide a structuring perspective on the organization and help make it more scalable
- Be the teams' voice to senior management, and vice versa
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in a product-focused tech environment (startup, scale-up, or agile IT department)
- Comfortable switching between operational and strategic work without losing effectiveness
- Strong agile culture (LeSS, Scrum of Scrums, SAFe, or similar)
- Interest in systems, organizational design, and interpersonal dynamics
- Ability to challenge respectfully and prioritize pragmatically
- You don't need to be an expert in our stack — but understanding it will help: Node.js · ReactJS · MongoDB · AWS · Docker · GitLab CI
