Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the daily interface between Tech, Product, and Support — streamline, unblock, align
Facilitate inter-team rituals in a LeSS context with 90+ developers
Identify organizational friction points and resolve them concretely
Provide a structuring perspective on the organization and help make it more scalable
Be the teams' voice to senior management, and vice versa

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in a product-focused tech environment (startup, scale-up, or agile IT department)
Comfortable switching between operational and strategic work without losing effectiveness
Strong agile culture (LeSS, Scrum of Scrums, SAFe, or similar)
Interest in systems, organizational design, and interpersonal dynamics
Ability to challenge respectfully and prioritize pragmatically
