About the role

  • Act as the daily interface between Tech, Product, and Support — streamline, unblock, align
  • Facilitate inter-team rituals in a LeSS context with 90+ developers
  • Identify organizational friction points and resolve them concretely
  • Provide a structuring perspective on the organization and help make it more scalable
  • Be the teams' voice to senior management, and vice versa

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a product-focused tech environment (startup, scale-up, or agile IT department)
  • Comfortable switching between operational and strategic work without losing effectiveness
  • Strong agile culture (LeSS, Scrum of Scrums, SAFe, or similar)
  • Interest in systems, organizational design, and interpersonal dynamics
  • Ability to challenge respectfully and prioritize pragmatically
  • You don't need to be an expert in our stack — but understanding it will help: Node.js · ReactJS · MongoDB · AWS · Docker · GitLab CI
