Financial Planning and Analysis

• Prepare and distribute daily financial performance reports
• Deliver monthly management information (MI) reports with variance analysis, KPIs, and commentary
• Prepare annual opex budgets and periodic reforecasts in collaboration with department heads
• Analyse financial results and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights
• Leverage accounting and reporting tools to streamline reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Work closely with department heads and senior leadership to shape budgets, drive business insights, and influence strategy
• Translate performance into plans and support business decision-making
