About the role
- Lead sales, marketing, and revenue functions globally.
- Build and optimise acquisition funnels across regions.
- Expand IB/affiliate networks to scale revenue.
- Deliver against ambitious revenue KPIs.
- Mentor and manage commercial teams to high performance.
- Partner with leadership on growth strategy and regional expansion.
- Design scalable funnels, test new channels, and deliver growth while keeping transparency and compliance front and centre.
Requirements
- Drive revenue growth, optimize sales and client acquisition strategy across regions.
- 8-10 years experience in revenue leadership roles within FX/CFD or financial services.
- Proven record of scaling sales/marketing operations in brokerage/fintech
- Strong understanding of acquisition funnels
- Partner/IB networks
- Experience expanding into MENA/SEA/LatAm (nice to have)
- Multilingual (nice to have)
- Track record in affiliate/influencer-driven growth (nice to have)
