About the role
- Lead all aspects of finance, treasury, and reporting
- Oversee cashflow, P&L, and capital adequacy management
- Develop scalable financial systems across multiple jurisdictions
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to regulators
- Support investor relations and communicate with stakeholders
- Advise on fundraising, M&A, and strategic financial opportunities
- Act as strategic partner to the board and hands-on leader building governance, controls, and processes to enable scale and compliance
- Implement discipline, controls, and reporting standards associated with stricter regimes (CySEC, FCA, ESMA)
Requirements
- Manage finance, treasury, reporting, capital adequacy, and investor relations
- 10+ years financial leadership experience in brokerage/financial services
- Strong accounting/finance background (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Deep knowledge of brokerage P&L
- Cashflow management
- Reporting to regulators
- Experience implementing discipline, controls, and reporting standards (e.g., CySEC, FCA, ESMA)
- Experience with FSC-licensed operations
- Advising on fundraising, M&A, and strategic financial opportunities
- M&A exposure (nice to have)
- Prior experience raising capital (nice to have)
- Knowledge of crypto/DeFi structures (nice to have)
- Cross-regulatory reporting familiarity (EU + offshore) (nice to have)
