About the role
- Take full ownership of the customer communications strategy across email, SMS, and WhatsApp
- Design and optimise automated lifecycle flows
- Build smart segmentation and run rigorous A/B testing programmes
- Leverage AI to continuously improve performance
- Ensure deliverability, compliance, and data integrity across CRM ecosystem
- Track and interpret performance metrics and deliver weekly updates
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience building and optimising email/SMS lifecycle programmes and one-off campaigns
- Comfortable designing multi-step workflows with triggers, waits, splits, exit rules, frequency caps, and suppression logic
- Ability to define data requirements, build segments, and turn analysis into action
- Strong expertise with HubSpot as ESP/CRM, including CRM data structures
- Confident editing email-safe HTML/CSS
- A/B/MVT design, statistical thinking, and a systematic approach to test roadmaps
- List hygiene, spam trap avoidance, complaint/bounce management
- Clear written and spoken English at B2+ level
- Comfortable handling client data in CRM with strong attention to policy compliance
