About the role

  • Design, implement, and optimize back-end services and APIs that power our AI-driven bots
  • Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate machine learning models into production environments
  • Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of the back-end systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our systems

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in back-end development
  • Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, C#, and .Net
  • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Experience with database management (SQL, NoSQL) and caching mechanisms
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Docker Swarm)
  • Previous experience in AI or machine learning projects is a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
