About the role

  • First point of contact for clients, supporting onboarding, troubleshooting, and platform use
  • Handle client inquiries via chat, email, and phone
  • Support KYC/onboarding processes
  • Provide technical support for MT4/MT5 platforms
  • Resolve issues through ticketing/helpdesk systems
  • Escalate complex cases when needed
  • Work alongside colleagues across Europe and Southeast Asia in a client-first team

Requirements

  • Multilingual support for global client base
  • English as core plus one of Malaysian/Indonesian or Arabic
  • 2-3 years customer support experience in FX/CFD
  • Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5 platforms
  • KYC/onboarding support experience
  • Ticketing/helpdesk system familiarity
  • Nice to haves: Previous exposure to CRM integrations
  • Nice to haves: IB/affiliate support
  • Nice to haves: Fintech/crypto support
  • Nice to haves: Extra languages (Indonesian/Malaysian, Indian regional, Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Russian)
