About the role
- First point of contact for clients, supporting onboarding, troubleshooting, and platform use
- Handle client inquiries via chat, email, and phone
- Support KYC/onboarding processes
- Provide technical support for MT4/MT5 platforms
- Resolve issues through ticketing/helpdesk systems
- Escalate complex cases when needed
- Work alongside colleagues across Europe and Southeast Asia in a client-first team
Requirements
- Multilingual support for global client base
- English as core plus one of Malaysian/Indonesian or Arabic
- 2-3 years customer support experience in FX/CFD
- Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5 platforms
- KYC/onboarding support experience
- Ticketing/helpdesk system familiarity
- Nice to haves: Previous exposure to CRM integrations
- Nice to haves: IB/affiliate support
- Nice to haves: Fintech/crypto support
- Nice to haves: Extra languages (Indonesian/Malaysian, Indian regional, Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Russian)
