About the role
- Prospect, engage, and convert new clients
- Retain and grow existing client relationships
- Work with IBs and affiliates to support acquisition strategies
- Use CRM tools to track pipelines and sales activity
- Collaborate with marketing and operations on revenue goals
- Fully remote role supporting global markets and time zones
Requirements
- Client acquisition and retention
- Fluent in English plus an additional language (preferably Malaysian/Indonesian, Arabic, or other)
- 3-5 years experience in FX/CFD sales or financial services sales
- Strong closing skills
- Track record in lead conversion and retention
- Experience with CRM systems
