- Documentation & quality: You reliably document care processes and contribute to quality assurance.
- Development: You support the conceptual work on the secured living unit and actively contribute your professional expertise.
- Team leadership: You provide professional guidance to nursing assistants, students, and interns and support them in daily care.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional qualification: Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d).
- Additional qualification: Completed further training as a gerontopsychiatric specialist (m/f/d).
- Professional approach: You work in a quality-focused, structured, and responsible manner.
- Personal strengths: Commitment, flexibility, and a caring, respectful approach to our residents.
