About the role

  • Design and shape recruiting and hiring processes, including identifying channels relevant to target groups and implementing targeted recruitment marketing measures
  • Develop recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness using relevant KPIs
  • Support and advise facilities in using our applicant tracking system (Softgarden) to ensure a positive candidate journey
  • Assist and advise our facilities in selecting staffing service providers and in the pre-selection/screening of candidates
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects

Requirements

  • Degree in nursing, healthcare or HR management, business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in recruiting, ideally in the healthcare and social care sector, and experience with an applicant tracking system
  • Enthusiasm for current trends and developments in recruiting and willingness to contribute new ideas
  • Hands-on mentality, structured approach and strong results orientation
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
