About the role
- Design and shape recruiting and hiring processes, including identifying channels relevant to target groups and implementing targeted recruitment marketing measures
- Develop recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness using relevant KPIs
- Support and advise facilities in using our applicant tracking system (Softgarden) to ensure a positive candidate journey
- Assist and advise our facilities in selecting staffing service providers and in the pre-selection/screening of candidates
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects
Requirements
- Degree in nursing, healthcare or HR management, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in recruiting, ideally in the healthcare and social care sector, and experience with an applicant tracking system
- Enthusiasm for current trends and developments in recruiting and willingness to contribute new ideas
- Hands-on mentality, structured approach and strong results orientation
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
