About the role
- Close collaboration with health insurance companies, facility management and nursing management
- Occupancy management
- Independently maintaining occupancy lists and supporting prospective residents
- Maintaining master data
- Customer contact and reception duties
- Accounting and cash management / billing of residents' accommodation fees
- Office organization and carrying out all administrative/clerical tasks
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in administration and/or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in occupancy management
- Experience working with databases and administrative software
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills and a high degree of empathy
- Organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Good command of German, both spoken and written
