About the role

  • Support the further development of our performance controlling and internal controlling processes
  • Actively manage the group companies using financial, operational and personnel KPIs
  • Analyze operational business drivers and derive measures to optimize company performance
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses and assist with project and special assignments
  • Support the preparation of the annual business plan and various business cases

Requirements

  • University degree in business, economics, finance or a related field with a focus on Finance or Controlling
  • Some financial analytical experience (e.g., investment banking, consulting, controlling)
  • Experience in financial modelling, business plan preparation and valuation
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills (ideally VBA and Microsoft Power BI)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical abilities
  • Highly motivated with a structured and independent working style
  • Enjoy working with numbers and KPIs
