- Close cooperation with health insurance providers, facility management and nursing management
- Independently maintain occupancy lists and support prospective residents

Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as a clerk (m/f/d) in healthcare or office management
- Service-oriented approach
- Good IT skills
- Experience handling outstanding receivables and billing in inpatient care
- Confident working with SGB V and SGB XII (German Social Code provisions)
- Teamwork, reliability and ability to work independently
- High level of social competence and sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment and enthusiasm for working with people, especially seniors
