About the role
- Close cooperation with health insurance providers, facility management and nursing management
- Independently maintain occupancy lists and manage prospective residents
- Master data maintenance
- Customer contact and reception duties
- Accounting and cash management / billing of residents' care fees
- Office organization and execution of all clerical tasks
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as a business administrator in healthcare or in office management (m/f/d)
- Service-oriented approach
- Good IT skills
- Experience processing outstanding receivables and billing in inpatient care
- Confident in handling SGB V and SGB XII
- Team player, reliable and able to work independently
- High level of social competence and sense of responsibility
- Enjoy working with people, especially seniors
