About the role
- Ensure residents' quality of life through individualized, activating and holistic nursing and care
- Actively contribute to and implement care concepts and nursing standards
- Adapt care to each resident's health condition and individual needs
- Document care processes and ensure their quality
- Execute physician-delegated orders and therapies
- Provide conceptual support and further develop work in the protected living unit
- Provide professional guidance to nursing assistants, trainees and interns
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d)
- Further qualification as a gerontopsychiatric specialist (m/f/d)
- Ability to work in a quality-oriented and structured manner
- Commitment, flexibility and a compassionate approach to our residents
- Team player with strong social skills and a sense of responsibility
