About the role
- Ensure residents’ quality of life through individualized, activating and holistic nursing care and support
- Actively participate in and implement nursing concepts and care standards
- Adapt care to each resident’s health condition and individual needs
- Document nursing processes and ensure their quality
- Carry out physician-delegated orders and therapies
- Provide conceptual guidance and further development of work in the protected living unit (secured residential area)
- Provide professional supervision of nursing assistants, students and interns
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nursing professional (m/f/d)
- Further training as a gerontopsychiatric specialist (m/f/d)
- Ability to work in a quality-oriented and structured manner
- Commitment, flexibility and a caring approach to our residents
- Team player with social skills and a strong sense of responsibility
