About the role
- Strategic management, optimization and value enhancement of the real estate portfolio, taking into account profitability, sustainability and corporate objectives
- Analysis and monitoring of financial key figures, development of financial models and investment analyses, and ensuring efficient CapEx/OpEx control
- Identification of development and optimization potential, planning and execution of investment and modernization projects
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and developing strategies to minimize risks and protect assets
- Responsible for lease agreements, acquisitions and disposals, and negotiations with owners, tenants, investors and brokers in line with corporate strategy
- Preparation and communication of portfolio and performance reports to management, investors and internal departments to support informed decision-making
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Asset Management, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Independent and structured working style
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Confident user of common MS Office applications, particularly Excel
