About the role
- Software administrator and primary communication interface with Vivendi support
- 1st and 2nd level support for the company's software users
- Point of contact for key users in the respective departments
- Development of configuration and usage options for software modules
- Creation of user profiles and setup of user permissions
- Documentation of the processes for the relevant service billing/accounting
- Preparation of training materials for each area of work and delivery of training sessions
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in nursing or IT/computer science
- At least two years of professional experience
- Experience in service billing within the social care sector desirable
- Experience as a Vivendi‑NG user
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Hands-on mentality and decisiveness
- Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented working style
- Affinity for user support
- Ability to work in a team
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Digital mindset
- Willingness to undertake further training in Vivendi administration and quality management
- Willingness to travel
