- Ensure residents' life satisfaction through individual, activation-focused and holistic nursing care and support
- Actively participate in implementing care concepts and care standards
- Adapt care to each resident's health condition and individual needs
- Document care processes and contribute to quality assurance
- Carry out medically delegated prescriptions and therapies
- Provide conceptual guidance and further development of practices in the protected living unit

Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d)
- Further training as a gerontopsychiatric specialist (m/f/d)
- Ability to work in a quality-oriented and structured manner
- High level of commitment and organizational skills
