About the role

  • Operational technical management of existing properties, including damage management, fault reporting/handling and warranty follow-up
  • Collaboration with on-site building services technicians and caretakers
  • Implementation of cost-reduction measures and actions to preserve property value using internal and external resources while adhering to budgetary constraints
  • Planning and execution of modernization projects and maintenance/repair measures for existing properties
  • Coordination of facility management service providers and external contractors in the region
  • Support and handling of (construction-related) regulatory inspections and requirements
  • Coordination/management of assigned building services staff
  • Ensuring operator responsibility and compliance

Requirements

  • Degree from a University of Applied Sciences in Building Services Engineering, Facility Management or Civil Engineering, or alternatively a master craftsman or technician qualification in construction / Technical Building Equipment (TBE/TGA)
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, and strong cost awareness
  • Solid understanding of the need for smooth interface structures in technical project management
  • Proficient MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Team-oriented, loyal and service-minded
  • Willingness to travel and a proactive, self-driven approach
