About the role
- In dialogue with our customers, you determine the system requirements and create the specification document (requirements specification).
- You contribute your expertise to develop implementation concepts and refine the system architecture in hardware and software.
- You lead the development team technically within the project and coordinate technical solutions with the customer.
- You support project planning, structure tasks into work packages, and review development results for content.
- You work agilely in a team with development and test engineers as well as the departments for Functional Safety and Cybersecurity.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Embedded Systems Engineering or comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the development of power electronics, mechatronic or embedded systems desirable
- Experience in requirements engineering and concept development
- Familiarity with a standards-driven environment and V-model-based development
- Strong analytical skills and a systematic approach
- Very good German and good English skills
