About the role
- Take ownership of our test automation suite
- Maintain and improve our existing frameworks (Playwright + Cucumber)
- Balance automation with hands-on testing
- Help define what “quality” means at Embeddable
- Support production issue resolution and learning
- Support confident releases
- Mentor through influence, not authority
Requirements
- 8+ years in QA roles, with experience in both automated and manual testing
- Hands-on with Cucumber and Playwright
- AI-savviness, curiosity and enthusiasm - proven optimisation of your workflows through AI
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, including test integration
- Skilled in API testing and risk-based testing approaches
- Comfortable writing SQL queries (PostgreSQL especially)
