  • Our Group Therapist position plays a crucial role in our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) , which makes vital, life-saving therapy accessible to those who need it most.\n
  • If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and their families during their formative years (ages 12 to 34), we invite you to become part of our extraordinary team of multidisciplinary specialists who are transforming therapy into a vibrant virtual experience, providing critical support and guidance from the comfort of home.\n
  • We are seeking candidates who are licensed in three or more of our active states, which include: California, Texas, Kansas & Virginia.\n
  • We will cover the full cost of additional state licensure fees, enabling you to expand your practice across multiple states.

Requirements

  • Fully licensed or Provisionally licensed (LMFT, LCSW, LPC or Provisional/associate licensure.)\n
  • Preferred experience utilizing relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.\n
  • Proficient in DBT, TF-CBT, and/or ERP, effectively integrating these practices into your approach.\n
  • Passionate about working with adolescents and young adults , fostering positive therapeutic relationships during their critical developmental years.\n
  • Experience in delivering online therapy is strongly desired, ensuring you can provide effective support through our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
