💰 $75,000 - $85,000 per year
About the role
- Lead IOP group sessions fostering a supportive environment for clients and their families
- Collaborate in treatment team discussions and discharge planning
- Engage in therapeutic discussions with clients, families, and providers to promote holistic, patient-centered care
- Work alongside multidisciplinary team members including a Nurse Practitioner during treatment team meetings
- Deliver virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services to adolescents and young adults (ages 12-34)
- Integrate modalities such as DBT, TF-CBT, ERP and relational/experiential/systemic approaches
- Use outcome measures (GAD-7, PHQ-9, FAD-GF, YOQ) to enhance practice
- Maintain required licensure, NPI and CAQH profile; expand practice across states as supported by employer
- Work schedule: Monday-Thursday, 11 AM - 7 PM PST or 2 PM - 10 PM EST (flexible hours)
Requirements
- California licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) required
- Active NPI number and CAQH profile required (candidates must be prepared to establish CAQH and obtain an NPI)
- Preferred experience with relational, experiential, and systemic modalities
- Proficient in DBT, TF-CBT, and/or ERP
- Passion for working with adolescents and young adults (ages 12 to 34)
- Experience delivering online therapy strongly desired
- Availability to work scheduled shifts: 11 AM - 7 PM PST or 2 PM - 10 PM EST, Monday-Thursday (flexible hours)
- Ability to work remotely
