About the role
- Remote licensed mental health therapist delivering online therapy through Embark's Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
- Provide individual and family therapy; curate personalized treatment plans, conduct intake assessments, and complete insurance review notes.
- Lead IOP group sessions; collaborate with treatment team; discharge planning.
- Engage in therapeutic discussions with clients, families, and providers to promote holistic, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in 3 of our active states.
- Preferred experience utilizing relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
- Proficient in DBT, TF-CBT, and/or ERP, effectively integrating these practices into your approach.
- Passionate about working with adolescents and young adults, fostering positive therapeutic relationships during their critical developmental years.
- Experience in delivering online therapy is strongly desired, ensuring you can provide effective support through our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
