Deliver high-quality, skill-specific baseball instruction primarily at camps and clinics across Philadelphia's parks and fields.
Build lasting relationships with athletes, their families, and coaches, enhancing our strong community ties.
Provide tailored coaching that suits the age and skill level of each athlete in a dynamic camp or clinic environment.
Work alongside other skilled instructors, sharing knowledge and techniques to enhance the quality of our programs.
Play a crucial role in the setup, execution, and breakdown of our engaging baseball training events.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Has played and/or coached baseball at the collegiate and/or professional levels.
Boasts strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
Can follow and adapt instructional plans and station rotations for various ages and abilities.
Is capable of adjusting instructional strategies to meet the needs of athletes as required.
Is willing to travel frequently within the Philadelphia metro area to support camps, clinics, and special events.
Maintains a supportive and encouraging mindset and attitude towards both colleagues and clients.
Is adept at learning and utilizing new technologies to enhance instruction and athlete experience.
Is prepared for frequent local travel to run programs in surrounding communities.
