About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and develop our B2B business segment in Military & Defence
Expand and manage the network with OEMs, procurement offices, service companies, and Bundeswehr bases
Understand and manage military and governmental procurement processes (national and international)
Identify relevant programs, platforms, and tenders
Represent ELSÄSSER Filtertechnik to customers, at trade shows, and at industry events
Close collaboration with technical inside sales and purchasing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience and a strong network in the military/defence sector or in security-relevant industries
Vocational training or degree with strong commercial and technical understanding
Strong communication and negotiation skills, empathy, and reliability
Independent and structured working style
Business-fluent English; additional languages are a plus
Willingness to travel 1–3 days per week for customer meetings, with occasional multi-day trips
