About the role

  • Maintenance, review and cleansing of production master data in S/4HANA and the internal MES
  • Development and maintenance of process KPIs, dashboards and reports to manage Operations Governance
  • Data support for change management and the introduction of new products
  • Analysis and optimization of operational end-to-end processes in collaboration with the business units
  • Process modeling in Signavio and publication of processes in the Elmos process landscape
  • General support for special topics within Dortmund Operations

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
  • Professional experience in master data maintenance in S/4HANA MM and PP
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, SAC or similar)
  • Professional experience or willingness to learn in process analysis, operations, or data analytics
  • Good knowledge of process modeling (e.g., Signavio)
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Independent, careful and solution-oriented working style
